A New York State Parole investigation conducted at the Super 8 Motel in the village of Bath resulted in the arrest of two people.

Bath Police arrested 29-year-old Jordan Parkhurst, of Bath, and charged him with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was also allegedly found to be in possession of a quantity of suspected methamphetamine, packaging materials, and a scale.

37-year-old Amber Hollar was charged with criminally using drug paraphernalia and was released on an appearance ticket for Bath Village Court. Hollar is also on New York State Parole.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
